The Eastpoint Centre is an exciting new scheme for Kier Southern. The centre is being built in Thornhill, on the outskirts of Southampton, and will be a state-of-the-art purpose-built training and conference facility serving Southampton and the surrounding local communities.

The new scheme will include a business centre, restaurant and café as well as 17 meeting rooms for training and conferences with space to host large events accommodating up to 600 people. The new facility will also incorporate a purpose-built community centre with nine meeting and activity rooms, a business centre, restaurant, community reception, information desk, baby changing rooms and a social club.
